(A) PARENT'S NOTE
(1) NO ADMINSTRATIVE FEE
No charges needed to register with PACT Intellect Learning Centre.
(2) CANCELLED ASSIGNMENT BY THE PARENT/TUTEE
Any tuition assignment cancelled within the first month will result in the parent/tutee paying the number of lessons conducted pro rata.
(3) REPLACEMENT OF TUTORS
A replacement tutor is taken as a new assignment and thus subjected to tutors' availability.
(B) TUTOR'S NOTE
(1) TERM OF PAYMENT
50% of the first month's tuition fee are paid by tutors as commission before tuition starts.
(2) WITHDRAWAL FROM CONFIRMED ASSIGNMENT
A confirmed assignment withdrawn requires a 72-hour notice so as to allow sufficient time to source for a replacement tutor.Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation charge, amounting to the worth of one tutoring session of the cancelled assignment.
(3) COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMER
Complaints lodged against tutors will result in termination of tutor's assignment and profile being taken off.
(C) REFERRAL'S NOTE
(1) STUDENT/TUTOR REFERRAL
For any paying students referred to us, the referrer will receive 20% commission of the amount collected.
